Process standardization is the foundation of production control. The production of mining equipment covers multiple links such as raw material processing, component assembly, complete machine assembly, and basic debugging. Each link requires clear operation specifications and process requirements to be formulated.
After raw materials enter the factory, their specifications and materials must be strictly verified to ensure they meet the basic requirements such as load-bearing and explosion-proof of mining equipment. During the processing stage, the dimensions must be strictly controlled according to the drawings. In the assembly process, the fixed procedures must be followed, and key parts such as sealing and connection must be operated carefully to eliminate quality risks caused by non-standard processes.
Quality control throughout the process is the key to production management. We have implemented a three-tier verification mechanism of "self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection". The workers at each workstation inspect their own processed products one by one, and the adjacent processes cross-check each other.
The quality inspectors conduct regular inspections of key links and focus on verifying core indicators such as component precision and assembly fit. Any identified problems are promptly rectified. Unqualified products are not allowed to flow into the next process. This way, we can avoid quality risks at the source and ensure the qualified rate of products leaving the factory.
Personnel management is an important support for production control. Front-line production staff need to master the operation norms and process standards proficiently. The workshop regularly conducts on-the-job training to enhance the practical operation ability and quality awareness of the employees.
At the same time, a clear job responsibility system is established, clearly defining the job responsibilities of each workstation, requiring employees to stay at their posts, perform their duties conscientiously, and prevent perfunctory operations and illegal construction. A production atmosphere of "everyone prioritizes quality and everything follows the norms" is formed, laying a human resource defense line for the quality of mining equipment.
