Strong drive, stable operation, explosion-proof and anti-interference
The Mine Door Drive System is equipped with a high-power explosion-proof drive motor, with a rated load capacity of up to 1200kg. It can operate continuously under high-load conditions without any degradation.
It adopts a flameproof structural design, with an explosion-proof rating of Ex dⅠ Mb. It has outstanding resistance to electromagnetic interference and dust erosion, and is suitable for high-risk mining conditions in overseas areas.
Intelligent control, convenient and efficient
Support seamless integration with the IoT control platform of overseas mines, enabling remote start/stop operations, real-time monitoring of running status, and automatic fault alarms.
Combined with multi-language local operation panels, ordinary maintenance personnel can quickly get started, significantly reducing the cost of manual supervision in overseas mining areas and improving the efficiency of gate control.
The Mine Door Drive System has established local service centers in six key overseas mining areas, equipped with professional technical teams to provide 24-hour multilingual services.
