Electric Underground Mine Door

The electric door for underground mines is a safety ventilation control device designed specifically for explosive environments in coal mines, metal mines, regulating air volume. Powered by an electric push rod, it supports three operation modes: infrared induction, remote command, and manual emergency, making it suitable for key nodes such as underground roadways, substations, and ventilation openings.

The door body adopts thickened wear-resistant steel plates and a labyrinth sealing structure, with an air leakage rate ≤2%. Built-in pressure and displacement sensors monitor air pressure changes and door status in real time. The device has passed national coal safety certification, meeting underground safety standards such as explosion-proof and anti-static requirements. Installation and maintenance do not require large lifting equipment.
