Electrical Mine Door For Deep Mining

The electric air door for deep mining is an intelligent ventilation control device designed specifically for underground environments with high gas concentration and low air supply. It can automatically open and close through infrared induction or remote commands, and ensure underground operation safety and ventilation efficiency. Adopting an electric push rod drive + PLC intelligent control system, it can achieve stepless speed regulation opening and closing within 0-10 seconds, suitable for key ventilation nodes such as mining faces and return air lanes.

The electric air door for deep mining is equipped with a two-way locking and anti-pinch device. The two doors are interlocked to avoid short-circuit of air flow. When detecting personnel or mine carts during the closing process, it will automatically rebound.The door body adopts thickened cold-rolled steel plate and labyrinth sealing structure, with an air leakage rate ≤2%, and can operate stably for a long time in the environment of -20℃ to 40℃.
