Mine Door Systems

Mine door systems are core components of mine ventilation systems, mainly used to control underground airflow direction, adjust air volume distribution, and isolate hazardous areas. They are crucial for ensuring safe mine production and optimizing ventilation efficiency. The system can flexibly match different types of door bodies and control devices according to mine scale, ventilation requirements, and operating environment, realizing manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic operation.

Mine door systems usually consist of door bodies,  sensors, which can adapt to harsh underground conditions such as high gas, high dust, and humidity. They are used in key areas such as connections between intake and return airways, mining faces, and refuge chambers. Among them,have replaced traditional doors in most coal mines in China and become the preferred equipment for ventilation systems.

Under normal conditions, the door remains closed to maintain stable airflow; when personnel or vehicles pass through, the sensor triggers the control device to drive the door to open, automatically closes after a delay of 10-30 seconds, the system will immediately close relevant doors to form a safe isolation area.

1. Personnel must use the dedicated pedestrian passage when passing;

2. Daily inspection of door sealing performance, sensor sensitivity;

3. Weekly cleaning of door tracks;

4. Conduct a linkage function test once a month.
