Door Leaf:

Constructed from 12mm Q690 high-strength alloy steel with internal reinforcing ribs and optional flame-retardant filling, the door leaf is designed to resist deformation, withstand 0.4MPa pressure and explosion shock, eliminating the risk of structural failure under extreme conditions.

Featuring an integrated steel-welded structure with embedded steel plate fixation, the door frame enhances stability to bear long-term wind pressure and impact loads, preventing the deformation that compromises sealing performance.

Sealing System:

A silicone + wear-resistant rubber composite seal ensures a leakage rate of ≤2%, supported by an intelligent wind pressure adaptive system that automatically adjusts sealing pressure. This balances ventilation efficiency and airtightness, guaranteeing no air leakage even in high-wind-pressure metal mines.

Driven by a mine-specific explosion-proof energy-saving motor (≤500W working power) paired with a reduction gearbox, the door operates smoothly. A manual emergency handle is provided for power outage scenarios, with a buffer design to prevent collision damage.
