This prevents dust from entering the transmission and sealing components, completely solving the problems of equipment stalling and malfunction caused by dust accumulation in traditional wind gates, and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.

The core component of the Dustproof Damper is made of high-hardness and wear-resistant ceramic material. Its surface is coated with a dust-proof and anti-adhesion layer, which can withstand high-concentration dust erosion and friction. Compared with traditional wind doors, its service life is extended by more than 60%, significantly reducing the cost of equipment replacement and operation in overseas mines.

It has passed the EU ATEX explosion-proof and safety certification, the North American MSHA dust protection certification, and the IECEx global mutual recognition certification.
