  • Pre-installation Preparation

    Measure the roadway section size, confirm that the door installation position is consistent with the ventilation system design drawing.

  • Main Body Installation

    Fix the door frame with anchor bolts, with a horizontality error ≤2mm; hoist the door body and adjust the hinge connection to ensure smooth opening.

  • System Commissioning

    Connect the hydraulic drive unit with the control unit, test the remote/local dual-control mode; set the wind pressure sensing threshold .

  • Acceptance Standards

    Sealing gap ≤5mm after the door is closed; no faults after 100 consecutive opening/closing cycle.
