The air door electric control main unit is an upgraded version of the mining non pressure air door, with the core improvement being the use of multiple sets of symmetrical balance linkage mechanisms. It mainly consists of steel door frames, double leaf linkage door leaves, balance weight components, double-sided sealing rubber strips, and manual emergency devices. It is suitable for underground high wind pressure (0-800pa) and large-sized tunnels (width 2.5-3.0m x height 2.0-2.4m) scenarios, such as main transportation tunnels, connecting tunnels, and underground parking lots.
The core of its design is to fully convert the high wind pressure in the tunnel into internal force through the coordinated action of balanced weight and multi link. Even in an 800pa wind pressure environment, the opening force can still be controlled within ≤ 180n, solving the pain point of traditional non pressure dampers that require effort to open in high wind pressure tunnels. The equipment has no electrical components, a pure mechanical structure, and is fully adapted to the environment with methane and coal dust explosion risks underground in coal mines. It does not require explosion-proof maintenance for long-term use.
