Stable power, precise speed adjustment
The planetary reducer has a speed ratio of 18:1, a transmission efficiency ≥95%, and stable output torque. Combined with a variable frequency motor, it allows for stepless speed adjustment from 0-1.0 m/s, flexibly adjusting the speed according to the material load (30t) and the roadway slope, avoiding excessive impact damage to the equipment during heavy-load starts.

Equipped with overspeed protection (speed limit 1.3m/s), overtravel protection, tension reduction protection, and motor overload protection, the equipment automatically cuts off power and applies safety braking in case of abnormal operating conditions, with a braking distance ≤9m.

Operating Environmental Conditions of Continuous Traction Mining Winch Rope
Suitable for underground transportation in coal mines with an inclination angle of less than 18°. Not suitable for hoisting or personnel transport traction systems.
Suitable for environments with an altitude not exceeding 1000m. Electrical components should be protected from liquid intrusion, and there should be no severe vibration, impact, or corrosive gases.
