The explosion-proof airtight door for deep mining is a core safety device specifically designed for underground environments with high gas concentration and water pressure. It can quickly isolate hazardous areas during emergencies such as explosions and water inrushes, ensuring personnel safety and equipment integrity. Adopting high-strength steel structure and double sealing technology, this door can withstand 0.2MPa impact pressure and 3.5MPa water pressure, making it suitable for entrances to key chambers such as main substations and pump houses.

The explosion-proof airtight door is equipped with a manual/hydraulic dual-opening system, which can still be opened manually during power outages to meet emergency escape needs. A wedge-shaped sealing structure combined with high-temperature resistant rubber strips is used between the door body and the frame, resulting in an air leakage rate ≤3%, effectively preventing gas backflow and fire spread. In addition, the door surface is treated with anti-corrosion spraying, allowing it to be used stably for a long time in environments ranging from -30°C to 40°C.
