Mine Multi Rope Friction Hoist

Mine multi rope friction hoist is core lifting equipment for deep vertical shaft mines, which drives multiple steel wire ropes to operate synchronously through friction force to realize vertical lifting and lowering of personnel, ore and equipment. With large lifting capacity, stable operation and high safety, it is the preferred equipment for large-scale mines with annual output of over one million tons, especially suitable for ultra-deep mines with lifting depth exceeding 500 meters. Compared with single rope winding hoist, multi rope friction hoist adopts multi rope load sharing design, which greatly reduces the force on single steel wire rope, and the lifting height is not limited by drum rope capacity. At the same time, it can flexibly adapt to different load requirements by adjusting the number of steel wire ropes.

Suitable for mine vertical shafts with lifting depth exceeding 500 meters, which can realize fast and safe transportation of personnel.

Equipped with comfortable cage, lifting speed can reach 10-14m/s, which greatly shortens the time for personnel to go up and down the well.

Used for large-scale mines with annual output of over one million tons, lifting capacity can reach 800-1600 tons per hour.

Cooperate with skip to realize continuous ore lifting, and lifting efficiency is over 30% higher than single rope hoist.

Suitable for ultra-deep mines with lifting depth exceeding 3000 meters, which can realize safe lowering of large mining equipment.
