Fireproof Mine Ventilation Door
The device should be able to operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) Altitude does not exceed 2000m;
b) Ambient temperature: -10℃ to 40℃;
c) Average relative humidity: not more than 95%RH (at +25℃);
d) In coal mines, there are explosive mixtures of methane and coal dust, but there are no corrosive gases that damage insulation;
e) In places without dripping water or other liquid intrusion;
f) In places without significant vibrations or shocks;
g) Environmental noise: ≤75dB(A).
The device should be able to withstand the most adverse storage and transportation conditions:
a) Temperature conditions: -40℃ to 60℃;
b) Average ambient relative humidity: not more than 95%RH (at +25℃);
c) Vibration: The components of the device in the device must meet the requirements for vibration in the respective product standards;
d) Shock: The components of the device in the device must meet the requirements for shock in the respective product standards.

Basic Functions of the Device:
1.Control Function: When the control button signal is detected, control the solenoid valve and the actuator to achieve the purpose of controlling the opening and closing of the sealed door, while controlling the language alarm device and giving sound and light alarms, and providing voice prompts (the voice prompt content can be set by yourself).
2.Display Function: The host is equipped with a liquid crystal display, which can show the opening and closing status of the sealed door and the working status of the opening and closing sensor.
3.Interlock Function: When the mine car or pedestrians pass through the sealed door and the wind door is closed, if a person or vehicle is detected, the sealed door will automatically open and give sound and light alarms.
4.Automatic Locking Function: After the wind door is closed in place, when the opening and closing sensor detects the signal, the host controls the locking device to act, achieving the automatic locking function.
Maximum Transmission Distance
The maximum transmission distance from the host to the sensor, language alarm device, and solenoid valve is 50m (the cables are connected using MHYV 1*4 coal mine polyethylene insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed communication cables with safety certification and within the validity period).
Daily maintenance and servicing
a. Check whether the external grounding bolt of the device main unit is reliable.
b. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the explosion-proof surface and regularly apply anti-rust oil to prevent rust from affecting the explosion-proof performance.
c. Regularly inspect whether the mask of the main unit is damaged.
Maintenance and servicing during long-term storage
a. When this device is not in use for a long time, it should be packaged and stored in a well-ventilated and dry warehouse.
b. After long-term storage and before use, first power on the main unit and check if the LCD display is illuminated.
