It can operate stably within the temperature range of -20℃ to 45℃ and the humidity range of ≤ 98%. It is suitable for key positions such as the intake and return airways of iron mines, the connection alleys of mining areas, and the blasting operation areas.
This ensures that the common mining doors do not have the problems of easy corrosion and easy jamming that occur in iron mine scenarios.
The ventilation door of the iron mine is made of anti-sulfur and corrosion-resistant steel for the door panel (with a thickness of 14mm) and the door frame. It is equipped with reinforced ribs to resist impact. The sealing system uses dust-proof self-cleaning rubber strips to prevent dust from blocking and affecting the seal.
The opening mechanism is equipped with a dust-proof cover, allowing for seamless manual/automatic mode switching. In emergency situations, it can be quickly opened and closed within 3 seconds, completely solving the core usage problems in the iron mine environment.
