The pressureless mine ventilation door is designed to address the explosion risks of methane and coal dust in coal mines, optimizing the explosion-proof sealing and pressure-free balance structure. It is suitable for the high-humidity, dusty, and highly fluctuating wind pressure conditions in underground metal mines, and features enhanced anti-corrosion and anti-interference designs. It can operate stably within a temperature range of -20°C to 40°C, a humidity of ≤95%, and an altitude of ≤2000m. It can be installed in intake and return airways, mining area connection alleys, and emergency evacuation channels, achieving the dual functions of ventilation without wind pressure obstruction and isolation.
The door panel is made of 11mm high-strength weather-resistant steel plate, with a protective coating on the surface; the pressureless mine ventilation door frame is a welded unit made of steel, with an internal non-pressure balancing mechanism; the sealing system adopts double-layer wear-resistant rubber strips + pneumatic self-sealing design, with a leakage rate of ≤1.8%
the opening mechanism is equipped with a bidirectional force-saving connecting rod, using the non-pressure principle to counteract the influence of wind pressure, with an opening force of ≤120N; the automatic model is equipped with an intrinsically safe control unit, and the manual model can be opened in an emergency without tools; the core components also have explosion-proof and durable characteristics.
Strictly adhering to the GB 3836 series explosion-proof standards and the MT/T209-1990 mining specifications, the explosion-proof mark is Exd［ib］I Mb, with a fire resistance limit of 2.5 hours.
The pressure resistance level is 0.38 MPa, and the anti-shock design can withstand a peak impact of 550 m/s²
the emergency opening function supports rapid opening and closing when power is cut off, the anti-collision sensor uses infrared sensing, and it automatically stops and alarms when encountering people or vehicles, providing comprehensive safety protection.
