Multiple Safety Protection
Adopts Exd II BT4 explosion-proof design with triple safety protection mechanisms: infrared anti-pinch detection, obstacle blocking alarm, and overload automatic shutdown.
During door operation, if personnel or obstacles are detected, the door will immediately stop and reverse open to ensure underground personnel safety. Equipment has passed national explosion-proof certification and can operate safely in environments containing explosive gases.



Intelligent Linkage Function
Supports linkage control with mine ventilation systems, personnel positioning systems, gas monitoring systems, etc. When gas concentration exceeds the limit, the system automatically closes relevant tunnel doors to prevent gas diffusion;
when a fire alarm is triggered, the system automatically opens all emergency exit doors to guide personnel to evacuate quickly. Centralized control of multiple doors via RS485 bus, capable of managing up to 32 door devices simultaneously.
Convenient Operation & Maintenance
Equipped with a 4.3-inch LCD screen, displaying real-time door status, operating parameters, fault information, etc. Supports USB disk data export and local data storage, enabling equipment health diagnosis and fault troubleshooting through simple operations.
Equipment availability increases to 99.2%, transforming traditional "post-failure maintenance" model to "preventive maintenance" model, reducing annual maintenance costs by 50%.
