Configuration of Structural Components
The door panels are made of high-strength alloy steel through precise stamping, with the thickness adjusted to 8-16mm according to the requirements of underground working conditions. The door frame is formed by overall welding of thickened steel, and the edges are pre-treated for sealing to fit the walls of the tunnel. The sealing system is equipped with special anti-wear and corrosion sealing strips to enhance the effect of wind pressure isolation. The opening and closing mechanism is divided into two types: manual lever type and automatic drive type. The automatic model is equipped with an independent control module, which can achieve precise control and real-time feedback of the opening and closing status.
Key Technical Parameters
The standard dimensions for mine ventilation door designs are 1.8 - 3.0 meters in width and 1.8 - 2.2 meters in height. They can be fully customized according to the actual size of the roadway. The wind pressure tolerance level reaches 0.05 - 0.3 MPa. The opening methods include leftward opening, rightward opening, and two-way opening, each of which is an option. The installation orientation can be flexibly adjusted according to the direction of the roadway. The fire resistance duration is no less than 2 hours, and the explosion-proof performance fully complies with the relevant national safety standards for mine use.
Operating Mechanism
The manual model achieves manual opening and closing operation through a lever transmission mechanism, while the automatic model receives instructions from the control module to complete sensor-based or remote opening and closing actions.
The sealing and wind pressure balance are achieved through an adaptive sealing component, which can dynamically adjust the sealing force according to changes in underground wind pressure. The impact prevention design is equipped with dedicated buffer components, which can effectively resist the collision and impact generated during material transportation in the roadway, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the door.

During daily operation, it is necessary to regularly check the wear condition of the sealing rubber strips, the flexibility of the opening and closing mechanism, and the integrity of the surface anti-corrosion coating.
