Installation Steps
1. Pour C25 concrete foundation at the chamber entrance and embed the door frame (depth ≥500mm);
2. Install the door body and hydraulic pump station, and connect hydraulic pipelines (slope ≥5°);
3. Debug sensors and control system to ensure smooth opening and closing;
4. Conduct pressure test to confirm sealing performance.

Operation Steps

1. Press the start button at the door or wait for infrared induction when personnel pass through;
2. Pass quickly after the door opens, and do not stay inside the door;
3. The door automatically closes after passage, confirm that the locking indicator light is on;
4. Regularly check hydraulic oil level and sealing strip wear, and conduct a pressure test every quarter.
