The hydraulic mine ventilation door is designed to optimize explosion-proof sealing and anti-static features in response to the risks of methane and coal dust explosions in coal mines. It is adapted to the high humidity, rock impact, and multiple corrosive medium working conditions in underground metal mines, and strengthens anti-corrosion and buffering structures. It can operate stably within the temperature range of -20℃ to 40℃, with a humidity of no more than 95%, and an altitude of no more than 2000 meters. It can be installed in intake and return airways, mining area isolation belts, and blasting zone passages, providing dual guarantees for air flow regulation and hazard isolation.
The hydraulic mine ventilation door leaf is made of 13mm high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, with a protective coating on the surface; the door frame is a welded steel structure with multiple reinforcing ribs inside; the sealing system uses oil-resistant rubber strips + pneumatic auxiliary sealing, with a leakage rate of ≤ 3%; the core drive is a mine explosion-proof hydraulic cylinder, combined with a bidirectional hydraulic valve group, ensuring smooth opening and closing without impact; the automatic model is equipped with an intrinsically safe PLC control unit, while the manual model is equipped with an emergency hydraulic hand pump; the core components have outstanding durability.
Safety Compliance, Performance Meeting Standards
Comply strictly with the explosion-proof standards of GB 3836.1-2010, GB 3836.2-2010, and GB 3836.4-2010, as well as the mining specifications of MT/T209-1990. The explosion-proof mark is Exd［ib］I Mb, with a fire resistance limit of 3 hours. The pressure resistance level is 0.42 MPa, and the anti-shock design can withstand a peak impact of 600 m/s²; the emergency opening function supports manual quick opening and closing when power and pressure are cut off, and the anti-collision sensor uses infrared sensing. When encountering people or vehicles, it will automatically rebound and alarm.
