It can operate stably within a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 40℃, a high humidity of up to 95%, and an altitude of up to 2000m. It is suitable for key positions such as intake and return airways, mining area connection alleys, and blasting operation areas, and can achieve directional ventilation of the airflow and effective isolation of dangerous areas.

The door panel is made of 8mm high-strength steel and is formed as a single piece, featuring outstanding resistance to deformation and impact; the door frame is a steel welded structure, combined with reinforcing ribs to enhance load-bearing capacity; the sealing system is equipped with double-layer wear-resistant rubber strips, with a leakage rate of ≤ 5%; the automatic model is equipped with pneumatic/hydraulic actuators and PLC control units, while the manual model uses a force-saving linkage mechanism, with an opening force of only 160N. The core components work together to ensure long-term stable operation.
Strictly adhering to a series of explosion-proof standards such as GB 3836.1-2010 and MT/T209-1990, the explosion-proof mark is Exd［ib］I Mb, with a fire resistance limit of 1.5 hours. It has an emergency manual opening function, allowing for quick operation by human power even in the event of power failure.

Customized services, worry-free operation and maintenance
The mine ventilation door supports customization of the door width and height according to the actual size of the roadway (maximum customizable size is 3m×4m), as well as the opening direction (left-right sliding/opening or push-pull). It can be upgraded with automated options such as remote monitoring and wireless remote control. It uses a special corrosion-resistant coating, and its service life in harsh environments exceeds 8 years. Installation is fixed through cement pouring. Daily maintenance only requires quarterly lubrication of the rotating parts and annual replacement of the seals. Q: How is the sealing performance guaranteed?
A: Double-layer wear-resistant rubber strips and a wind pressure balance mechanism are adopted. The leakage rate is ≤ 5%. The sealing components can be replaced regularly to maintain performance.
