Fireproof ventilation mine doors are designed to enhance explosion-proof sealing and fire resistance for the risks of methane and coal dust explosions in coal mines. They are adapted to the high humidity, rock impact, and local high-temperature conditions in underground metal mines, and upgraded with anti-corrosion and anti-impact structures. They can operate stably within a temperature range of -20°C to 40°C, a humidity of ≤95%, and an altitude of ≤2000m. They can be installed in intake and return airways, mining area isolation belts, and blasting zone passages, achieving multiple protections such as air flow regulation, hazard isolation, and fire and explosion prevention.
Disassembly and Innovation, Component Upgrade
The door panels are made of 12mm high-strength weather-resistant steel, with a fireproof coating on the surface; the door frames are made of integral steel welding, with built-in reinforcing ribs and fireproof slots; the sealing system adopts a composite structure of ceramic fibers and high-temperature-resistant rubber, achieving dual fireproof sealing standards; the automatic model is equipped with explosion-proof pneumatic actuators and intrinsically safe control modules, while the manual model is equipped with a two-way force-saving crank mechanism. The core components feature fireproof, explosion-proof, and wear-resistant properties.


The automatic model supports three opening methods: infrared sensing, remote control, and remote centralized control. When closed, it automatically adjusts the sealing pressure according to the wind pressure.
The manual model has an opening force of ≤ 140N, and can be quickly opened and closed in emergency situations without tools. The anti-shock design absorbs the impact force through the buffer layer of the door panel, the fireproof structure blocks the spread of flames, and the sealing system can still maintain a low leakage rate at a wind pressure of 0.3MPa, adapting to the complex working conditions underground.

Fireproof ventilation mine doors support customization of sizes ranging from 1.0m×1.6m to 4.5m×5.0m. The opening direction can be selected as flat opening, push-pull or two-way linkage.
It can be upgraded with automated functions such as flame detection linkage and operation data upload. It uses special anti-corrosion coatings for mines, with a service life exceeding 12 years.
Modular installation is fixed by embedded steel plates and chemical anchor bolts. Daily maintenance only requires cleaning the sealing surfaces and annual calibration of sensors. It provides a full process support from scheme design to after-sales service.

Compliance with safety and regulations, achieving comprehensive standards
Strictly adhering to the GB 3836 series explosion-proof standards, MT/T209-1990 mining specifications, and fire safety standards, the explosion-proof mark is Exd[ib]I Mb, with a fire resistance limit of 3 hours.

The pressure resistance level is 0.4 MPa, and the impact resistance can withstand a peak impact of 600 m/s². The emergency opening device ensures quick passage in extreme scenarios such as power failure and fire. All indicators have passed authoritative certification and fully meet the safety requirements for coal mines and metal mines
