Recently, Shandong Rongliyuan Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. held a special meeting on safety production. The meeting comprehensively summarized the recent implementation of production safety work, analyzed the current safety situation, and deployed key tasks for subsequent safety management and fulfillment of foreign trade orders.
Heads of various departments, front-line production managers, and safety officers attended the meeting, emphasizing the importance of upholding the bottom line of safety production.
At the meeting, the production department reported on the recent production progress of products such as mining winches and explosion-proof junction boxes, focusing on the implementation of safety management during the production of foreign trade orders.
The safety management department reported on problems discovered during daily safety inspections, identified safety hazards in equipment operation and job procedures in the production workshop, and proposed targeted rectification suggestions.

The meeting stressed that safety production is the lifeline of enterprise development. Currently, during the peak period of fulfilling foreign trade orders, it is even more crucial to strictly and practically strengthen safety management.
All departments were required to strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, regularly conduct safety regulation training and typical case warning education, and eliminate the tendency of "emphasizing production while neglecting safety." The meeting also required strict implementation of the job safety responsibility system, ensuring that responsibility is assigned to every position and every individual.
Regarding follow-up work, the meeting made clear arrangements:
First, deepen the investigation and rectification of potential hazards, conduct weekly self-inspections in key areas such as equipment operation, electrical safety, and operational procedures, establish a hazard log, and implement closed-loop management; second, strengthen on-site safety control, with safety officers monitoring key production processes throughout and standardizing hazardous operation procedures; third, balance safety and contract fulfillment, optimizing production processes while strictly adhering to safety bottom lines to ensure timely delivery of foreign trade orders to Indonesia, Vietnam, and other countries.

This safety production work meeting further clarified the work approach and solidified safety responsibilities, providing strong support for the company's safe production and fulfillment of foreign trade orders. Going forward, the company will continue to strengthen safety management, routinely conduct safety hazard investigations and rectifications, ensure high-quality production with high-level safety, and steadily promote overseas market expansion.
