How It Works & Operating Logic

Motor drive

Reduction & braking

Reduction: Planetary gear reducer turns high speed low torque into low speed high torque – efficiency ≥92%.

Braking: Hydraulic brake for normal stops. Emergency triggers the safety brake – deceleration 3‑5 m/s² – avoids equipment damage or ore spillage under heavy loads.

Load control

Real‑time monitoring of rope tension and load. PLC automatically adjusts motor power – constant torque hoisting.

Works with depth indicator for precise positioning – automatically controls acceleration/deceleration – prevents ore spillage.

Visual control panel – start/stop, speed control, emergency brake. Supports local / remote mode switching.

HMI shows lifting height, load, speed, etc. Automatic fault diagnosis with solutions.

Routine maintenance

Daily: Check brake shoe wear, rope tension, lubrication.

Weekly: Measure temperature and vibration of reducer and motor – check bolts.

Monthly: Calibrate depth indicator and overload protection. Change reducer oil every six months. Full disassembly and inspection once a year.
