Double-drum Mine Hoist

Double-drum mining hoist winches are core equipment in mine main lifting systems, which realize alternate lifting of containers or simultaneous lifting of different loads by winding steel wire ropes on two independent drums. With flexible load switching and high lifting efficiency, they are mostly used in vertical shafts and inc undertaking key tasks such as personnel transportation, main ore lifting.Compared with single-drum winches, double-drum models are more suitable for scenarios with complex working conditions and variable lifting requirements.

• Double drums made of high-grade alloy steel, with spiral rope grooves on the drum surface to guide the orderly arrangement of steel wire ropes and avoid mutual friction.

• Integrated welded frame, fixed to the foundation through anchor bolts.

• Spindle equipped with double-row spherical roller bearings, which automatically compensate for installation errors.

• Standard wound-rotor asynchronous motor, some high-end models use variable frequency speed-regulating motors, power covering 75-500kW.

• Disc brake system, with 4-8 sets of brake shoes on each side, braking torque redundancy coefficient ≥3.

• Equipped with hard-tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer, transmission efficiency ≥93%, output torque fluctuation ≤5%.
