Installation requirements :
- Mount on concrete foundation or anchor bolts.
- Levelness error ≤0.1‰, coaxiality between drum and shaft center ≤0.5 mm.
Operation modes : Manual, automatic, or remote control.
- Visual HMI with fault diagnosis display.
Routine maintenance :
- Change reducer oil every 6 months.
- Replace brake shoe when wear exceeds 1/3 of thickness.
- Lubricate wire rope monthly; check wear regularly.
