Operating Environment

Underground: Suitable for shaft/tilt shaft operations in high-gas coal mines and metal mines. It must meet ATEX explosion-proof requirements and can handle harsh environments such as high concentrations of gas, dust, and humidity;

· Open-pit: Applicable for heavy-load traction and lifting operations in open-pit coal mines and metal mines. It features resistance to sandstorms, corrosion, high/low temperatures.

Mine type compatibility

Coal mines: Must obtain ATEX Class I or II explosion-proof certification, suitable for personnel, ore, and material lifting in high-gas mines;

· Metal mines: Applicable to heavy-load lifting requirements in metal mines (both non-ferrous and ferrous), enhancing structural strength and wear resistance to handle large-tonnage ores and waste rocks.

Usage of the equipment

Traction: Dragging heavy equipment and supporting materials in underground tunnels, and transporting large construction machinery in open-pit mines;

· Hoisting: Elevating personnel, ore, and drilling equipment in vertical shafts, and transporting coal or waste rock in inclined shafts;

· Transportation: Facilitating long-distance material transfer through the track system, such as underground branch line transportation and horizontal towing in open-pit mines.

Installation location

Underground: Usually installed at the bottom yard of the mine, at the entrance of the roadway, or in a dedicated winch chamber, and should be far away from areas with gas accumulation;

· Open-pit: Mostly arranged near the mine entrance, at the crushing station or the material transfer yard, and needs to be fixed on a concrete foundation.

Working principle and operation logic

Motor drive method:

Utilizing ATEX-certified intrinsically safe asynchronous motors, it supports variable frequency speed control to achieve continuous speed adjustment;

The motor housing has an Exd IIB or Exd IIC explosion-proof rating, suitable for various environments with different explosion risks.

Deceleration and braking mechanism:

Deceleration: The high-speed low-torque is converted into low-speed high-torque through a hard toothed reducer, with a transmission efficiency of ≥ 90%.

Braking: It is equipped with a working brake (for normal parking) and a safety brake (for emergency stopping), using hydraulic/pneumatic servo control. The braking response time is ≤ 0.2 seconds.

Load Control:

Utilize a closed-loop control system to monitor the tension of the steel wire rope and the lifting load in real time;

Have the functions of constant-speed lifting and constant-torque output, automatically identifying the load weight and adjusting the operating parameters;

Cooperate with the depth indicator to achieve precise control of the travel distance, preventing over-pulling and over-releasing accidents.
