The conventional model can achieve a maximum transportation distance of 3000 meters, and special customized models can be adjusted according to the working conditions; the maximum inclination angle is usually 18° (specific requirements need to be combined with the transportation tonnage and tunnel conditions, as per the product technical parameters), meeting the transportation needs of most mine up and down mountain roads and drifts.

The core maintenance points include three： First, regularly check the wear and broken wires of the steel wire rope, and timely lubricate and maintain; second, check whether the fastening parts of the winch, tensioning device, etc. are loose, and whether the transmission system is normal; third, regularly calibrate the safety protection devices (such as over-tensioning, broken rope protection) to ensure their sensitivity and reliability.

The installation cycle depends on the transportation distance, tunnel conditions, and equipment model. In general scenarios, the core components installation and debugging can be completed within 3-7 days; The equipment installation should be carried out by a professional team with qualifications for mining equipment installation.
