How It Works & Operating Logic

 

 

Motor drive: Squirrel‑cage induction motor – flameproof type for underground use. VFD control gives stepless speed adjustment.

Reduction & braking:

Reduction: Hardened gear reducer turns high speed low torque into low speed high torque – transmission efficiency ≥90%.

Braking: Two systems – service brake (normal stop) and emergency brake (panic stop). Hydraulic/pneumatic servo control. Brake response time ≤0.2 s.

Load control:

Closed‑loop system monitors rope tension and lifting load in real time.

Constant‑speed hoisting / constant torque output. Automatically detects load weight and adjusts running parameters.

Works with depth indicator for precise travel control – prevents overwind and overrun.

Installation, Operation & Maintenance

 

Installation requirements:

Must be bolted to a concrete foundation with adequate strength – levelness error ≤0.1‰.

Underground installation must leave space for ventilation and maintenance, interface with gas monitoring, and stay away from gas accumulation points.

 

Operation features:

Three modes: manual, automatic, remote.

Visual HMI with fault diagnosis display – easy to use.

 

Daily maintenance:

Daily: check brake shoe wear, rope tension, and lubrication.
