It is designed strictly in accordance with the IECEx intrinsic safety standard, with an explosion-proof rating of Ex ia I Ma. It can be directly used in environments with high methane content and coal dust explosion hazards, without the need for additional explosion-proof enclosures. This completely resolves the compliance risks caused by the insufficient explosion-proof rating of traditional receivers, and meets the entry requirements for high-risk mining areas overseas.
Environmental Conditions for Use
The device shall operate normally under the following conditions:
a) Ambient temperature: 0°C to 40°C;
b) Average relative humidity: ≤95% RH (at 25°C);
c) Atmospheric pressure: 80 kPa to 106 kPa;
d) Environments in coal mines with risks of methane and coal dust explosions;
e) Locations without strong vibration or impact;
f) Locations without corrosive gases that damage metals or insulating materials;
g) Locations free from water dripping.

Output Signal
Receives infrared signals from the transmitter and transmits high/low level signals to the host. High level ≥6V, low level ≤0.5V.
Weak signal capture, precise decoding
The Mine Intrinsically Safe Infrared Receiver is equipped with a highly sensitive photoelectric receiving chip, which can accurately capture weak infrared signals within the 500-1000nm wavelength range.
The receiving distance can reach up to 80 meters. Even in a highly interfered environment, it can quickly decode the signals and solve the problems of signal interruption and large decoding errors in weak signal reception.
