Base load‑bearing structure: One‑piece welded high‑strength frame, box‑beam design.

  • Drum system: Multi‑layer winding drum (with rope guide), rope anchor.

How It Works & Operating Logic

Reduction & braking:

Reduction: Hardened gear reducer turns high speed low torque into low speed high torque.

Braking: Two systems – service brake (normal stop) and emergency brake (panic stop). Hydraulic/pneumatic servo control.

Load control:

Closed‑loop system monitors rope tension in real time.

Constant‑speed hoisting / constant torque output.

Automatically detects load weight and adjusts operating parameters.

Change reducer oil every 6 months.
